Turkey Bacon Cuttlefish Melts

Ingredients:
2 packs DoDo Cuttlefish Ball with Cheese
20 slices of turkey bacon
20 toothpicks
Oil for deep frying
Sour cream and onion dip:
1 cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp english mustard
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 cup chopped spring onions
Black pepper to taste
    Sour cream and onion dip:
    1 cup sour cream
    ½ cup mayonnaise
    1 tbsp english mustard
    1 tbsp onion powder
    1 tbsp garlic powder
    1 cup chopped spring onions
    Black pepper to taste

    Steps:
    1. Roll and wrap each DoDo cuttlefish ball with one slice of turkey bacon, secure with a toothpick.
    2. Deep fry turkey bacon wrapped cuttlefish balls until crispy and brown. Drain and set aside.
    3. In a bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, english mustard, chopped spring onions, black pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Mix well and serve with turkey bacon wrapped cuttlefish balls.
